shakespearAI is built for creators who treat content like a system: you need niche clarity, repeatable research, a clear path from idea to published video, and AI that respects your voice—not generic slop. Every part of the app feeds the next: research becomes ideas, ideas become pitches, pitches become scripts, and published results shape the next pitch.
The loop
Research — follow competitor channels and break down standout videos. The AI reads the transcript and comments and watches the video itself.
Ideas — keep every idea in one inbox: from research, from your viewers' comments, or a quick note.
Pitch — one screen drafts the angle, titles, thumbnail concepts and spoken hook. Pick, edit, lock.
Write — talk it through in a short voice interview, then get the outline and script in your voice. Retention and fact checks flag problems before you film.
Ship — film from a checklist, publish with a ready kit, cut Shorts, and link the upload.
Learn — each linked video is reviewed at 2, 7 and 28 days. Clear wins and misses feed every future pitch.
Where things live
Today — what needs you now: decisions, videos in progress, and recent results.
Ideas — your idea inbox.
Studio — your videos and series, each with Pitch, Write and Ship.
Insights — Market (competitors and research) and My channel (your performance).
Settings → Channel Brain — your voice, audience and rules. Settings → Playbook — reusable hooks, structures and styles.
⌘K (Ctrl+K) — jump anywhere or ask the assistant.
Your first 30 minutes
Open Settings → Channel Brain and press "Draft my Channel Brain". If your YouTube channel is connected, the AI reads it; otherwise describe your channel in a few sentences. Keep what is right.
Add two to four competitor channels under Insights → Market → Competitors and run one video breakdown.
Start a new video from a rough premise. The screen shows the credit estimate for a full draft before you start.
Draft the pitch, pick your favourite parts, and lock it.
On Write, try "Talk it through" for five minutes before the outline—your own stories make the script sound like you.
How AI fits in
AI is an accelerator, not a replacement for judgment. Use it to break blank-page paralysis, generate options, and tighten wording—then you edit for facts, voice, and platform fit. The fact check and retention check help, but you are the final editor.
Rule of thumb: if output feels generic, improve the Channel Brain or the pitch before switching models. Most "bad AI" is missing context.
