Everything you need to grow on YouTube

Study what's winning, pitch and write in your voice, and learn from every upload—long-form, Shorts, and series in one workflow. Tap the info links for more detail on any section.

Research

Study what's already winning before you write a word.

Follow channels in your niche and get a breakdown of any standout video—hooks, pacing, and what viewers said. The AI also watches the video itself: opening shots, edit pace, on-screen text, and the pattern interrupts that keep people watching.

Compare several videos in one summary and send the best ideas to one inbox—alongside what your own viewers ask for in the comments.

Research in the app

Competitors, video breakdowns, and an idea inbox.

Track channels under Insights → Market → Competitors, paste links, or save videos with the browser extension. Run a deep dive on any competitor video: the AI reads the transcript and top comments, and also watches the video itself—opening shots, edit pace, on-screen text, b-roll and delivery, with timestamps you can click.

Group researched videos into Collections and compare them in one summary. Anything worth making goes to Ideas—one inbox for ideas from research, from your own viewers' comments, and from quick notes.

You see the credit cost before every paid action.

Compare several videos

One summary across videos you've already researched.

In Collections, select videos you've already researched and start a compare run. You get the themes, hooks and opportunities across those videos in one synthesis.

Runs progress in the background and results appear when complete. Only one compare run can be active at a time for your account.

Send the strongest ideas to your Ideas inbox, then start a video from any of them in one click.

Research workflow (step by step)

Steps

  1. Add channels & videos — Add competitors, paste links, or use the extension.
  2. Deep dive on a video — Transcript, comments and the video itself are analysed; costs show before you start.
  3. Compare videos — Group researched videos into a Collection and compare them in one summary.
  4. Save ideas — Send the best ideas to your Ideas inbox.
  5. Start a video — Open any idea into a new video; the research comes along into the pitch.

Pitch → Write → Ship

Every video in three steps—without the blank page.

Pitch: the AI drafts the angle, titles, thumbnail concepts and hook together—informed by what has worked on your channel. Pick, mock up the thumbnail, lock.

Write: talk it through in a short voice interview, then get the outline and script in your voice. A retention check and a web fact check flag problems before you film.

Ship: film from a checklist, publish with a ready kit, cut Shorts, and link the upload for reviews.

Studio — Pitch, Write, Ship

Every video moves through three steps.

Pitch — One screen drafts the angle, ranked title options, thumbnail concepts and the spoken hook. Pick or edit each part, generate a thumbnail mockup if you want to see it, and lock the pitch. Your channel's past wins and misses are already in the prompt.

Write — The outline and screenplay are written from the locked pitch and your Channel Brain. Start with Talk it through, a short spoken interview that turns your stories and opinions into source material. A free retention check flags slow openings, early asks and long talking stretches; a web fact check checks claims against current sources.

Ship — Film from a checklist, publish with a ready kit (description, tags, chapters), cut Shorts, and link the upload. Reviews follow at 2, 7 and 28 days.

Prefer to plan a whole season? Series plan the arc first and create one video per episode.

Writing tools

What helps the script along.

Every script is written from your Channel Brain (voice, audience, rules) and your Playbook of hooks, structures and styles. Edit inline; scene-level rewrites keep the rest of the script intact.

Learn my voice from my edits compares the AI's drafts with your rewrites and proposes updates to your voice and rules—you approve what sticks.

Optional extras include quotes and metaphors, style rewrites, shot lists, and share links for collaborators.

Pitch workflow

Steps

  1. Start a video — Write a rough premise (or start from an idea). The credit estimate for a full draft shows up front.
  2. Draft the pitch — The AI drafts angle, titles, thumbnail concepts and hook in one go.
  3. Choose — Pick or edit each part; redo any part on its own. Mock up the thumbnail if you want to see it.
  4. Lock — Locking the pitch hands it to Write, where the outline starts.

Write & Ship workflow

Steps

  1. Talk it through — Optional spoken interview; your answers become source material.
  2. Outline, then script — Confirm the outline, then the screenplay is written scene by scene.
  3. Check it — Fix what the retention check and fact check flag; edit until it sounds like you on camera.
  4. Ship — Film from the checklist, publish with the kit, link the upload, and read the reviews.

Publish more often

Post on a schedule without burning out or running out of credits.

Tell the app how often you publish. It builds a dated calendar with the format rotated so you never make the same kind of video three times in a row, and fills each slot from your idea backlog.

Switch any video to lean production: talking points and a publish kit instead of a full script, so a one-take video costs a few credits. A credit forecast shows what your schedule costs before you commit.

Batch the work: package several videos, then film them from one queue with a session timer, and see which phrases and formats your best videos share.

Learn from your channel

Every upload makes the next pitch smarter.

Connect your YouTube channel to see performance and dig into comments. Each linked video is reviewed at 2, 7 and 28 days against your channel's usual numbers.

Clear wins and misses become channel lessons the AI reads before every pitch—so you double down on what your audience actually rewards.

Your channel

Performance, comments, and reviews for the channel you connect.

Connect your YouTube channel with Google sign-in (read-only). Under Insights → My channel you'll see performance, per-video detail, comments, and channel intelligence. Research is for other channels; this is about yours.

Link a published video on its Ship page and it's reviewed at 2, 7 and 28 days against your channel's usual views, likes and comments. Clear wins and misses become channel lessons that every new pitch reads, and you'll see them on your Channel Brain.

What your viewers ask for in the comments lands in your Ideas inbox. Each brand or client stays in its own workspace.

Your channel workflow

Steps

  1. Connect your channel — Sign in with Google (read-only YouTube data and analytics where available).
  2. Sync uploads — Uploads and stats sync on a schedule.
  3. Link published videos — On a video's Ship page, link the upload to get reviews at 2, 7 and 28 days.
  4. Comment themes — Group what viewers say; requests land in your Ideas inbox. Costs show before you run.
  5. Lessons — Clear wins and misses feed every new pitch automatically.

Your voice, kept and learned

Same voice across long-form, Shorts, and collaborators.

Your Channel Brain holds your voice, audience and rules—drafted from your channel in minutes. It learns from how you edit the AI's drafts, with your approval.

Repurpose long-form into Shorts or run Shorts-only. Use workspaces when you manage multiple channels or clients.

Channel Brain & Playbook

Keep every script on-brand.

Your Channel Brain holds your niche, voice, audience and hard rules. The AI can draft it from your connected channel; you choose what to keep. It's injected into every pitch and script.

The Playbook (in Settings) holds reusable hooks, structures, nudges, guidance and styles—built in, or your own from sample videos.

Channel Brain workflow

Steps

  1. Draft it — Let the AI draft your Channel Brain from your connected channel, or describe your channel in a few sentences.
  2. Keep what's right — Tick the parts to apply; edit voice, audience and rules directly anytime.
  3. Let it learn — Use Learn my voice from my edits after a few scripts; published results appear as "What's worked lately".

Shorts

From long-form or standalone.

From any long-form video you can create Shorts two ways: (1) cut from script—use a segment of the main script, or (2) same topic, new script—fresh Short-specific pacing on the same topic.

Standalone Shorts get the same Pitch → Write → Ship flow, sized for vertical pacing.

Shorts workflow

Steps

  1. From a video or standalone — Open Shorts from a long-form video, or start a standalone Short.
  2. Choose short type — Cut from script: pick a segment. Same topic, new script: fresh Short pacing on the same topic.
  3. Pitch, write, ship — The same flow as long-form, sized for vertical video.

Workspaces & collaboration

Separate channels or clients; invite your team.

Workspaces keep each channel or client separate—its own Channel Brain, ideas, videos and research. The owner invites members by email, creates roles with specific permissions (view, edit, run AI, manage rules, and so on), and assigns them.

You can grant or revoke permissions per member. Only the owner can invite, remove, and manage roles.

Workspaces workflow

Steps

  1. Create a workspace — Name it (e.g. “Main channel” or “Client X”). You are the owner.
  2. Invite members — Invite by email; new users get a signup link; existing users join the workspace.
  3. Roles — Create roles with specific permissions and assign them to each member.
  4. Work together — Videos, ideas and research live in the workspace; permissions control who can view, edit, or run AI.
