The three steps every video moves through—what each one decides, what the AI drafts, and when to lock and move on.

Every video in the Studio has three tabs. Each one ends with a clear decision, so you never wonder what to do next.

Pitch: decide what the video is

Press "Draft my pitch" and the AI drafts four things in one go: the angle (the argument your video makes), ranked title options, thumbnail concepts, and the spoken hook. It uses your Channel Brain, any research attached to the idea, and what has worked on your channel before.

  • Pick an option or edit it directly—every field is yours to rewrite.

  • Redo any single part; the others stay as they are.

  • Select a thumbnail concept and generate mockup images to judge it next to the title.

  • Lock the pitch. Locking hands everything to Write and starts the outline.

Write: turn the pitch into a script

  1. Talk it through (optional, recommended): a short spoken interview that collects your stories and opinions.

  2. Confirm the outline—reorder, cut or add beats before any scenes are written.

  3. The screenplay is written scene by scene in your voice. Edit inline.

  4. Run the checks: the retention check is free and instant; the web fact check verifies claims against current sources.

Ship: get it out, and learn from it

  • Film from the checklist.

  • Use the publish kit: description, tags, chapters.

  • Cut Shorts from the script, or write same-topic Shorts.

  • Link the published YouTube video so it gets reviewed at 2, 7 and 28 days.
