Finding your way around

A map of Today, Ideas, Studio, Insights, Settings and the ⌘K palette—what each is for and how they connect.

The top navigation has four places: Today, Ideas, Studio and Insights. Not every link appears for every user—access depends on your plan, approval status, and workspace permissions.

Today

Your home page. It shows what needs a decision, which videos are in progress and where each one is (Pitch, Write or Ship), and recent results from your channel. Start here each session.

Ideas

One inbox for every idea: ideas saved from research, requests from your viewers' comments, and quick notes. Deepen an idea, park it, or start a video from it in one click—its research comes along into the pitch.

Studio

Your videos and series. Every video has three tabs: Pitch (angle, title, thumbnail, hook), Write (interview, outline, script, checks) and Ship (filming checklist, publish kit, Shorts, and the link to the published upload). Prefer step by step? The detailed wizard is one link away on Pitch.

Insights

  • Market — competitors, video breakdowns, and Collections for comparing videos.

  • My channel — performance, per-video detail, comments, and channel intelligence for the YouTube channel you connect.

Settings

Channel Brain (your voice, audience and rules, plus what has worked lately), Playbook (hooks, structures, nudges, guidance and styles), credits, subscription, and workspaces. Feedback and workspace switching live in the account menu.

⌘K and the assistant

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any page, start a video, or ask the assistant to do something for you—it can use the same actions you can.

Navigation tip: ask "Is this about other channels (Insights → Market), my channel (Insights → My channel), or the next video (Studio)?" That answers most routing questions.
